Weird speed issue

We have a brand new exchange, router reports max 22000kbps connections.

In december I was upped from 2 to 4mb, but stayed on a 2mb uncapped connection.

Now I got a 4mb package, but line speedtests at max 1.9mbps on speedtest, virtually the same as the 2mb package.

Openweb assure me it is a 4mb package, problem is on my side.

So, what gives???

Seems like open Web is your problem. Have you tried to reboot the router so it re establishes the isp connection since the upgrade?

Yes. Always syncs at 4mb.

Openweb assure me the account on their side runs 4mb.

Turns out my port has not been reset since the upgrade.

Now it motors.
