Can someone explain to me what the hell is going on here.

Yesterday it upload : 7.60 Mbps and download 4.30 Mbps

why is the upload speed higher than the download speed?

Sometimes when you do multiple tests, the webpage is cached (a copy on your hard drive for quick retrieval) so sometimes these speedtests will do the same. There are cases where people will show 20-30MB/s but in reality they have a slower connection.

Simply press CTRL+F5 on your keyboard and try the speedtest again.
