Weird thing with FNB app

Hi folks,
When I get the incontact message, to approve or decline a transaction, I by accident press/click away, and I cannot get the message back. How do I get it back, without restarting the transaction again ?

Closing and re-opening the app works for me.

Hmm, the two things I might do

Log into the FNB app and see if anything pops up
On an iPhone at least, swipe down to bring up the list of recent notifications, see if I can't see the notification there

Move on over to a proper bank like Capitec or Bank Zero or Discovery bank.

I just restart the transaction.
