i paid WA R489 in advance for May, then learned that they'd dropped their prices so i phoned to check my account balance. Nademeah said the account showed zero. strange - either the payment had been received in which case i should be R100 in credit, OR the payment had not been received and the account should reflect R389 owing for May. to cut a long story short she eventually conceded the R100 credit balance. to give WA the benefit of the doubt they might have an account system that only calculates at month-end (which Nademeah said), nevertheless it might be a good idea to check up on your account if you overpaid for May.

Hi maumau,

Which product are you referring to here?
Please drop me a PM with your account details so I can have this looked into for you.

@Jeff, Could you maybe direct me to, or explain, what changes occurred in the Web Africa pricing structure?
I noticed that the 384Kbps line is now R150/month. What other changes can we expect?

Home & Business Uncapped pricing changed a while ago. On the expectation front, nothing just yet or that I can talk about. Keep watching though, we always let everyone know when things do change.

Interesting...
Thanks for the info.
