Weird youtube/flash player vid problem

Hey guys.

Recently, whenever I load a youtube/web based video clip I am greeted with a green screen where the video would usually be. Most of the time if I maximise the vid, it shows the content, but if I minimize it then the problem reverts.
Sound plays normally. Any ideas? (Using google chrome).

Right click the video, look for "disable hardware acceleration".
