Was wondering if anyone came across this problem.
Ive got a 4meg adsl line that is sitting on 2 meg, as soon as I use a phone on the same line(with a adsl filter) to phone telkom and speak to them about it, the modem clicks twice and it goes back to four meg, once I put the phone down it clicks twice again and goes back to two meg, I have also tried phoning any other normal nr and it does the same thing, any Ideas??
