I just received the following SMS from Vodacom:
We apologise for the problems you experienced on our network last week To compensate for the inconvenience we will credit Vodacom account xxxxx with R50
I really didn't expect this, it is the first time ever that I receive a credit from an ISP after they had problems. Thanks and well done everybody at Vodacom!
Also, I cannot ask for better 3G service currently! (very decent speeds)
