@BDT Thanks man. Its good to know that it works for you and I realize that everyone is different. I started on the 150 and had to move up to the 300 after 10 days. Yesterday was the first day I had a 300 and it literally kicked the (Something) out of me.

you suppose to do both sir. The drugs are there to help you function so that you can sort yourself out.
 
He said there are 4 out of 8 signs so I was on the cusp to medicate or not. Did not particularly want to go onto medication as I was sure I could just pick myself up but the motivation just was not there.

So here we are
