Is the following setup possible?

1. Have a jojo tank, which collect rain water from gutter

2. Wellpoint

Both connected to 1 pump, so if I want to use jojo tank water, I can turn the stop cock close from the wellpoint, and other way around.

Perhaps even using the wellpoint water to fill the jojo, when there is no rain water left.

Im not too familiar with this stuff but maybe get a get a float switch inside (i think thats what its called) the Jojo so it will auto stop pumping when full and wont pump from borehole if rain water has filled it - but set the max on the float switch a bit lower like 3/4 tank instead of full so it doesn't only fill up with borehole water but will allow rain water to fill it to the top.

Yes this will work. But why bother to fill the tank from the wellpoint, just pump it out

I did similar to you, but since my wellpoint is 20m from the tanks, fitted a smaller pump for the tanks. I find a 1000 litre tank can be emptied in 40 mins

I suspect that the rain water may be of better / cleaner quality, so during winter, I would rather use the rain water.
