Wesbank woes

Hi there,

I am having an incredibly rough time with Wesbank right now.

I have been in the process of selling my car (Wesbank to Wesbank) to my sister for over 8 weeks now. They are still debiting me, and the account is still open on my name weeks after it being settled and me receiving the settlement confirmation. They have also made mistakes with the warranty, and the service we have been getting has been absolutely shocking to say the least as we are getting nowhere slowly. This is a very shortened version of how badly we have been given the run around, submitting the same documents 4 / 5 times because they lose them, running from pillar to post.

Has anyone got an address for a complaints department or some info on how I can escalate my case please?

I am a very patient man, but this has gotten out of control now.
