While I fully appreciate that climate change has had some effect on Africa's ability to grow food, it has not caused corruption, nor do the green house gases condense into AK47s that rain down on the populace. It does not cause a government to shun education and it does not automatically lead to rigged elections. If it were so, Australia would by now be another African nation.
Israel seems to do very well despite their climate too.
Africa needs to wake up and realise they are their own worst enemy - and start to do something other than blame everyone else.
