Westbank withdraw

Could anyone assist - how does one withdraw money from your westbank account? we paid into our car finance account (with westbank) - which I can see has an amount available - before I request a capital reduction, I want to withdraw a small amount, how do I actually do this??? there is no "transfer" option on the online banking app

You can deposit money into the account - not withdraw.

I'm with Wesbank, it definitely can't be done. It's not like a bond access account. You can overpay as much as you like, but you can't withdraw anything you've overpaid.

Hmm.. It's not a car finance account, it's a car loan to be paid off.
If you have a revolving credit account, you may be able re-borrow Money.

You cant! A car account aint a bond.

If it's only a small amount you want and don't need it right now, you could call and ask them to take that portion of your installment from the advanced amount and then pocket the cash
