Capetonians are rich. They can use their solar to provide electricity. The DA should just ensure that the majority of privately generated electricity goes to the poor.

You really do have a bee in your bonnet about wealth.

All I do know is that it should be shared. No person should ever again be allowed to accumulate it for him or herself ever again.

Can you take come monies out of your accounts and share it with us, please?

All we ask those working and employed, is to work a bit harder, put in a few more hours every day and earn more so that even the poor and unemployment can benefit from it too.

So how much do you have to share?

So let me guess, you are unemployed and want me to work harder so you can sit on your backside and post online all day?

Cool, cool - so when can we expect you to work harder each day and start sharing your monies with us?

Been a while since Chris has Chicken Little'd for us...

Nice to see he hasn't lost his touch.
Yup, its not like CPT relies totally on Koeberg for power, cause even if it did, it would be about 400MW short a month and right now 1300 short.

Stop it! Stop being negative! At least know that there will always be a poor who says thank god when getting up at the end of the month, put that Sassa card in a machine and see there is money. So, your efforts are not in vain.

I don't think this is entirely correct. I am more inclined to believe Capetonians have the highest credit card and unsecured debts in the nation (to keep up with the lifestyle).

I don't have solar panels - I cannot afford those and im renting (if you cannot buy 5 of them, you shouldn't buy 1 of them).

thought all generated power first heads up north , and gets centrally distributed...reason why ESKOM came into existence in the first place?
It does, but Koeberg does do a bit of stabilization though
