Western Digital Warranty Replacement Query

Have a Western Digital HDD which needs replacing and luckily it is still within the 5 year warranty period.

Thing is, I have been given the runaround by WD for the last while, and am wondering if any of you know of a place in Cape Town where I can get a warranty replacement done, as the company I purchased the HDD from no longer exists.

PM me the serial number and I will check with my account managers at Corex and Mustek if the HDD was purchased from either of them.
