Westworld on Showmax not playing

Am I the only one who is struggling to watch this series on Showmax? I have been trying since last year but it would just load for a few mins and then give an error.. Everything else seems to be playing fine except for Westworld.
I'm on a 10mbps fibre line.

You need a 12Mbps line for Westworld. Jk have you tried it elsewhere.

Have you tried on DSTV now https://now.dstv.com/ their website, and the decoder. try a decoder reboot, that worked for me once.

Sounds like a cache problem, google how to clear your cache on whatever device it is and try again.

The Showmax app is an awful buggy mess. I signed up for the mobile only sub as they have new additions that I can binge. Thereafter I cancel and wait until there is new content.

I have issues with the screen flickering or being completely blank. Error messages pop up with playback errors constantly. They have previously told me it is my internet connection but speed tests show my connection is fine. It happens even on downloaded content.

Netflix app works flawlessly 99% of the time. The Showmax app is just pure garbage
