Literally...just out of nowhere my left nut got really really sensitive and just merely resting my finger on it would cause serious pain on the nut and just under my stomach.

It seems the problem area is on the rear bottom of it, now i cant recall hurting it in any way but i was wearing jeans that were tight in that area.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks.

I had this during chemotherapy, the oncologist had never seen this as a side effect but reffered me urgently to an urologist who did an ultrasound (or echography can't remember) which revealed nothing and he was seeing nothing physically either.

His thought is that I got a trauma in the testicle, it disappeaed after 2/3 weeks.

Age? You under ~35? Did/do you have any pain in the groin area?
Just be really careful of testicular torsion.

Go straight to a doctor. I'm a pretty typical male in that I'll ignore most aches and pains in the hopes that they'll go away on there own, but not when it comes to my balls.

Yes an infection would cause that. Did you recently make a poop where the tip of your penis touched the inside of the toilet?

Dr, it could be a number of things torsion, infection, hernia, trauma and and

Could also be that that your testicles got twisted inside, slowly cutting off blood supply. It could literally be dying a slow death. Best to get to a urologist as soon as possible.

In your case, definitely go see a doctor, even if the pain should go away.

I have something similar, right now. In my case it is very intermittent.

It has been going on for many years, doctors can't find the cause. Having had an orchidectomy for testicular cancer before, this is not a good position to be in.

This sounds very strangely a lot like my symptoms a few weeks before I had my kidney stone. Left nut pain, bottom of my stomach pain, and a week and a half or so afterwards, lower back (kidney) pain.

Don't bother going to see a GP, make an appointment with a urologist.
