The question is though... where did Sinbad get that picture from. By the looks of it, he bought it from Jessie. Seems there's more to this story than the pictures in it.

Thing is, I'm not sure he will suddenly stop if you confront him about it. Put it this way - he is starved of female company. Suddenly a new female moves in next door. This is Christmas for him.

You can ask him to respect you as a human being and stop staring at you, and maybe he will be more discrete. I don't know, depends on the guy. But he is unlikely to stop finding you interesting or attractive.

Oh here is a thought for you - he has totally fapped while thinking about you!
