What always missing in computer stores??

If you go to a computer store and want to buy a part for new hardware or anything else on mind...

What does the computer stores never keep on?
What don't they keep stock of?

.... :)
 
Video iPod seem continuously sold out. If I have to hear the phrase "Next Month" on more time...
Also Hardware excellerated TV Tuners. Never seen one in a shop
 
IDE cables, power supply connectors, power leads .... these are some of the ones I've had difficulty getting stores to sell me.
 
Hmmm, I sell TV-Tuners, Digital Video Grabbers, IDE cables, power supply connectors, power leads, cooling fans, brakpan style case accessories etc...

Maybe I could make a killing here!

Pity I don't sell stylus pens...
 
well, what if you had a store thats like esquire or sahara but you make it available for the public and it has everything?

even cheaper better quality stuff
 
Startup capital is one thing, but also having anything with a retail front to it is virtually impossible due to the brand loyalty to Matrix and Incompetent Corruption. Also, specialist stuff is really not bought that often. Esquire Express is great, but I'm pretty certain that the old upper branch carries them. More than half the stock never moves.
 
Top of the range stuff never seems to be in stock. I walked into Yes Express in Blue Route Mall this morning and asked about a 400-500Gig drive. I was told that you don't get drives that big and the biggest you can get was around 350Gigs.

The guy didn't even bother opening a catalog or picking up the phone to make a call. Fine, I'll spend my money somewhere else.
 
nice chicks... they seem to stay away from PC shops too foten... :(

i just saw a 500GB SATA2 drive on prophecy online this morning for R3900 me thinks...

Actual popular games.
Everything that the game requires to run .. duh .. the 2 lead off each other captian obvious.

PRICES ON THEIR FREAKING PRODUCTS.
PRICES THAT DO NOT END IN 99.95.
 
well i wouldnt buy from your store if it was sahahra or esquire products no1

esquire have a the kinda store you speak of
very cool and they got some nice stuff there as well

just service sucks

now if you had a shop that was rectron run omw i would buy from you guys
although would still go to rectron

how you gonna get it cheaper thansahara or esquire?
 
yea at the moment i'm looking at places overseas to do bussiness with them

and open a shop that has better service than rectron and sells the same as rectron but at a very lower price than the dealer itself
