Lag is only a problem if you make it one. I have never played with a connection over 800 ms and even that is more than playable ;) Anything less than 1k is awesome for PvE. And I doubt anyone gets over 1k latency :)

No since i got 4mb telkom Line with 4 gig unshaped i have no more lag wow latency is 250-550 max.MTN(HSDPA) suck these days 800+ i only use MTN to download my patches and other stuff :)

I had spikes like 2.5k with MTN hsdpa become unplayble these days my friend is still on it he cant get adsl cause its not his house hes quiting wow cause of lag MTN use to be good.He has like 6 lvl 70s and he played with HSDPA till now.

I hear you and I'm in the same boat currently as they are upgrading my area. I'm just confused as to what that has to do with this thread. Might just be me though :o

lol, not even going to start on the bow :mad: Took roughly 7 months. Beastlords Shoulders in NORMAL SV - I have never seen. Back when you actually needed to gear up with blue set bonuses :rolleyes:

I never saw the dagger on my tard, but picked it up first time on a trial with my shamans guild :D (got 8 drops that evening)

You were talking about the big bad wolf event in kara if i am wrong correct me all i was saying is it suck if you get turned and you got high latency.
Not that that event had anything to do with the threat but you posted it.

never had to run from him since I always tanked him xD! most people fail at running because they move and turn with their keyboard!

hehe, ive never been caught by the wolf.... rogue sprint ftw :D

I did lag out once before they started the event, then when i reconnected, the fight was already on. :(

So, in order to score my BOJ I stood RIGHT by the door next to Barnes and spammed my /throw button in order to get a hit on the boss. Next thing I know I turn into Red ... outside of the boss fight. When I ran too far the fight reset (which was a good thing seeing as our tank had died) :rolleyes:
 
I think my funniest dc was attumen with my tankadin, one tank method, had just mounted, had judged, concecrated and had my holy shield up, then i dc'd, reconnected to see the boss drop, had somehow generated enough threat in that fight to hold him :P

I remember the red riding hood. Just after the patch, "testing" all my new candy abilites on threat building i hear my name getting shouted, I look at the screen and bam, dodge, miss, miss, dodge, dodge, miss....lol

What was funny thou, doing achievements in ZG, we jump down to summon a boss for mages poly on an off chance it would drop. Our guild master jumps first (Shaman) and decides it will be pretty nifty to give everyone jumping down water walking......fool almost wiped half the group
