been playing around with my spare phone, sony ericsson P990i. Symbian UIQ3. It mostly runs java stuff. Getting a BB soon.
gmail (much better than web interface)
foxit reader (text is tiny, word spacing messed up when u zoom)
ebuddy (fb/msn/gtalk) works nicely but no adding/deleting buddies
nimbuzz (msn/gtalk/fb broken) its crap on my phone, (keeping it as a backup incase eBuddy is down)
IM+ lite (says it works for skype, but doesn't) . can add/delete contacts.
agile messenger (works nicely, add delete) but is shareware trial
Mobile GMaps,
Opera mini 4 (nice)
Nettools (ping/tracert/whois) doesn't work
VNC viewer (doesn't work)
duke3d/doom (doesn't work)
myfileman (good, changed builtin browser vodafone homepage and deleted default favourites)
picomail (works for unencrypted mail)
jmIrc (irc client, works acceptably)
google symbian freeware if u have a symbian phone. quite a cool site.
