What are speeds like, when capped???

Hi

Im an ADSL512 user (loving it all the way), im not totally clued up with iBurst and seeing one of my buddies getting it soon, i would like too know what speeds are like when you have reached your cap.

I know like on ADSL ZA sites doesnt get capped, but international is impossible to enter. On ADSL you get an ping of round about 40 on SGS servers, but about 120 with iburst on SGS servers when playing CS: Source (Yip im Mr XSPekta from CS:Source).

I heard that you get ISDN 128 speeds internationally when capped (thats what my buddy said), is this true?

SO in other words:

1. WHY are ping so bad with iBusrt ons SGS server when playing CS:Source?
2. What speeds (d/l speeds) you get when youre capped?

1) It's wireless, wireless has to travel back and forth between you and the tower, that adds ms to your ping time
2) We're not capped yet, that will happen after their official launch

when we get capped, we will be shaped down to 64 isdn style speeds

isdn isnt 64kbit, i cant believe how people switch over to iburst as the cap comes

out if interest will they up your speed depending on the signal streanght? I mean maby the speed is controled away from the tower and works our the speed from how long it takes to get to you - you can always be hopefull
