My first resolution is to stop being a pathological liar. I have told a lot of lies and I don't want to be known as a liar. I want to change and resolve the problem because nobody will ever want to hear what I have to say. My second resolution is to quit masturbating. I have masturbated as long as I can remember and I'm not proud of that because my friends are now referring to me as a pervert. I just want to have my normal life back .

This year I have got only two resolutions and you friend?

To stop making new years resolutions. If you going to start something there is no excuses to wait for a "new year".

I resolve not to bad mouth the lazy stupid government, bunch of kleptomaniac liars who cant even keeps the lights on this little hovel of a outcrop on the Souther.... erm

No nothing from me......

Register an account at the nofap forums and get a countdown timer in your sig (they show you how when you register). The first time you have to reset your timer - make a post on the forums. It feels so lame being one of those people crying about being a ****er and how you can't stop that it's actually motivation enough to make a decision and stick with it.

If you're masturbating to porn - keep on pulling and quit the porn first. Seriously it's tough doing both at one. Quit the porn for two months & reduce the frequency of your masturbating. Good luck tho :).

Something I'd like to do more this year is meeting more people - getting out and making a fool of myself more often, take things less seriously, some studying, make more music.

Please if you are a pathological liar please stop. The problem isn't what you think it is.

I have recently started working with one. He is a nice enough guy but is always concocting outlandish stories. Since I know a lot about the stuff he lies about I can't help but inadvertently call him out when I question them out of confusion. It isn't me trying to catch him out or show him up. It is just incredibly awkward and I can tell the guy is starting to get a bit resentful. Not a cool situation at all.
