What are your pc specifications?

Eek! Got a price list from TVR today. AMD 965BE just short of R2K ex VAT. Don't you just hate it when this happens? You need a new machine, but you hold off for weeks and weeks waiting for the price drops but they only start shifting slowly, and then you have to get it and after that the prices drop R500+ in a month :( :D

Also looking at new pricing for something you just bought is so the wrong thing to be doing :D

I told people to beware of those Vantec PSU's. For that price, Coolermaster is a better brand, or better yet, be a man and buy a Corsair, Zalman or Enermax PSU.

What's so wrong with the Vantec?
Which company manufactures Vantec and which manufactures Coolermaster PSUs?

And yet a lot of the CM PSUs deliver less power than the vantec's. Their entry level PSU's are lank average if you actually sit and compare the specs;)

+1, it's only the Coolermaster Real power series that i find to be worthwhile buying (they're quite expensive too so you're better off with a Corsair or PCP&C)
