What battery to get?

Most of these standard lead acid form factor LiFePO4 batteries probably come from the same assembly plant in any case but I have some Blue Novas on my alarm, gate, etc. and they seem to work. (I have not done any form of load testing to check actual capacity etc.). AFAIK blue nova HQ is somewhere in Cape Town area, so at least you will be supporting local to some extent.

only obvious difference between the two batteries is continuous current on discharge of the bluenova is 1.44A and 7.2A peak for 30sec. The spec sheet for the wisdom power claims 3A and 10A respectively.

If the exact specs (of which ever brand) are very important confirm with your supplier in any case since this could likely change from batch to batch.

Well that makes 2 of us :ROFL:.

I was leaning towards the Wisdom one since the specs looked better but also thinking maybe a known name brand was a better option. Thanks for the reply's :)
