What BS is this?!

Just setup iBurst for my mother, Blue Gill, Kempton park.

Getting 40% packet loss to my server at the campus(usually a 10-15ms round trip using ADSL) averaging 1000+ms for the ping. Would like to rip on the download speeds but the speedtest sill has about 10 min to go....

Anyone know what the support number for iBurst is? Many thanks!

I think the problem lies with the provider you're using, that one --> iBurp.

I have a 10mb line at my place and must say I appreciate it a whole lot more after this...

Support had me change the MTU which gave me an increase of about 0.05Mbps
