A client from america brought me a drive to repair or to recover the data as the drive fell from a table.NOw this drive is 3 months old.I did what i could but no luck.He will only to return to america in a few months.I cant get hold of him via email anymore for him to collect the external drive. He did state in the email that i should maybe send it back to the supplier there. So to which pc place do i send the hitachi drive to so they can forward it to the company to replace it.

There is no physical way to see that the drive fell. Can i get away with it:D

Errrr surely it is his responsibility to collect the drive or at least be in contact with you to give you some sort of instructions? I wouldn’t send the drive anywhere unless speaking to him.

As for who to send it to I am not sure...sounds like if it was from USA you going to have a tough time getting it replaced.
