OP also remember to let CellC know as the buyer would have to RICA the sim themselves - the law can then find them if they use it for devious purposes.

I think Ice was kidding Yea - I'd hope that it was a person who's OUTSIDE of Randburg and happy with their connection. So this is just extra data.

Guessing a Cell C shop would assist with RICA.

Yip, kind of.

You let CellC know you have sold it to person XYZ. They deactivate the SiM until person XYZ goes to CellC (any store, or maybe PM the CC rep & ask if he can help) & RICA the SIM in their name.

Easiest I THINK would be for both to go together to add/remove the RICA at the same time to prevent ''using'' delays.
