I am looking at upgrading my system to either a Core 2 Duo or Quad Core system with a Geforce 8800GTS 320MB graphics card. It will be used for development work and gaming. Now I am trying to decide which case to get for this.

PC International have some good prices, so was considering getting the system from them, but they have limited options on cases.

The case I am considering is the Antec NSK 4400 with a 380W power supply for R800 (ex VAT). Does anybody know if this is a good case or have other recommendations?

My main requirement is that it must be silent; I hate noisy computers. A secondary requirement would be that it would be nice to have something that is easy to work in if I replace components. I am not fussed about looks.

Also will 380W be enough for this system?

Cheers,
Russell.

380W won't be enough. If i were you i would start looking at the 550W and above PSU's.

Basically get a case and a PSU seperately.

Are you building the pc yourself? If so, source the components from the places you get the best prices from and then build it. Otherwise a pc shop will build it for roughly R350 for you.

Get the Raidmax Smilodon combo with 500w PSU for R999 from computersonly, not sure if it's still there tho...

Depends what your budget is on the case and power supply. The 8800gts recommends a minimum power supply of 500w.But i would wait for the newer 8800gt which is cheaper and better than the 8800gts.Should be released in a weeks time. My recommendation for a case is the cooler master 690.Big, nice to work with and good airflow.
