Has anyone come across a virus program that when you press delete the the task manager opens?

opens? Doesn't sound like any virus or malware I heard of. Have you recently spilled anything on your keyboard?
Or maybe someone is playing sillybuggers with you?

Have you enabled Handicap Access (limited physical access)? I think it might be something to do with the keyboard macro setup applied after that setting is enabled.

After installing vmware workstation this happens.Also i opened an attachment from a email today.I scanned it first and ran it in vmware to be safe.The file was a .exe but it did nothing to my pc and yet no virus running.I will post a pic on it later

these pics were taken in vmware running xp.My main os is win7 and i am not opening that file in there.I already had a virut problem with my previous win7 64 bit......not gonna make that mistake again

Have you tried pressing Control + Alt (after moving the mouse outside of the window), right before leaving the guest instance?

yes i do this but its set up to move in and out the gueast os,so no need for control+alt.
