The 1.2 Celeron, cause they have just as much cache (I think) but with only a 100MHz FSB, which isn't realy that slow compared to the P3's 133MHz FSB, the 500MHz clockspeed more than makes up for that difference.

i would say the 2400+ 64 bit semptron very cheap and performs better than anything has out in the same class
ie celeron
