What does all this mean?

It could just be a network problem that caused the errors, keep monitoring it.. i would only worry about it if u start experiencing problems. All your SNR and attenuation values look more than ok.
 
Im experencing 4096k speeds on my downloads, but for some reason i can only manage to get 40kb/s on some europe servers, and there tests came back and their network is fine, and its a damn fast server 100mbit/s so can someone confirm that there is some sort of network problem?

It has been like this for more then 3 weeks now?
 
International has been f**ked for a while... if your on the SAIX network, there have been links down for the past 3 weeks, either to Hong Kong or to the US, the problem is not on your side.
 
Do a traceroute to the "slow" servers and you will probably find the bottleneck.

Yeah...and most of the time its Rosebank...donno where the hell it is, but if im Telkom, ill replace the unit thats there....

I doubt your issues are any specific network problems - more likely either bottlenecks overseas, or the usual inevitable bottlenecks out of SA.
 
do a tracert on the "slow" servers

start
run
type "cmd"
tracert "sever name" + enter



EG

I see this - "ttorrent-1.net". Are you complaining about slow torrents? If so in all likelihood you are being shaped. Pity that some of the routers seem to be set to not respond to ICMP.
 
Shaping wont limit your speeds...it only prioritises ports, but shaping is now illegal anyway. Seems as soon as you leave the local loop the latency starts, even on the last local hop. I wouldnt really stress about this right now, wait for SAIX to sort their links out, i think everyone is experiencing some form of international speed problem atm..
 
I mean HTTP!!! so, its more than likely it a saix network problem?
