Can someone tell me, what does ICASA regulate with their independence of bs?, do they only regulated wireless networks via traditional old tech radio waves or all means of communication mediums, copper wires, wireless, fibre optic ......blablabla?

I wonder what will be their reaction when someone roles out this:

quantum entanglement communication

its still in research mode tho...

hahaha, let them try to regulate something that cannot be regulated.

to much bs to read, I don't understand a word of the jiberish!

I'm afraid I'm not quite seeing the point of your thread, then. You asked, that's where the answer is.

the point of this tread is: can "quantum entanglement communication" be used without the interference from ICASA, because its a new technology on its way and its going to f*** up lots of things, it means, theres no need for fibre anymore

There is no mention of "quantum entanglement communication" in there...

Please enlighten us.

no need to really have mentioned "quantum entanglement communication" but it does make things easier probably.

It knows the outcome of all the possible answers, questions, and combinations thereof. Full conversations are covered, on everyone's behalf. No need to pick up the phone, send an e-mail, or make appointments. Wonderful stuff...

hahaha, Did you get a hybrid dream about the 2 movies called "Eagle Eye" and "DeJa vu" by any change? :)

As everyone is trying to tell you, they regulate everything. If a new technology becomes mainstream and can be used for communication, they would be well within their mandate to regulate it.

We'll see ..in the future .. you cant regulate something if you cant trace it

not much.... they're more overseas spending hundreds of millions of rands on "fact finding missions"... which is a waste of time and money. just another government rubber stamp for their comrades! (the anc employment agency)
