hi guys,

was having major issues on my telkom line, called it in a spoke to a lady who:
'recreated my profile'
it seems that it fixed everything and would like to know what it means and what it does?
from my problems it seemed that something was physically broken on my line not some kind of error but im not complaining!

The profile simply refers to the sync speed. eg. 4096kbps down/512kbps up
