So been requesting vdsl upgrade as i saw my router stated 20mbps (attainable) as well the site showed 20mbps
telkom shop said 40 but that seemed like a long shot though.
Oky nothing happened as yet,2-3weeks and waiting ,but TelkomZA messaged me with this
"The max speed attainable is estimated up to 19.3mbps.
Planned maintenance is currently ongoing for the exchange equipment. It's expected to be completed by midnight today."
What does this mean ?
Oh and reason i struggle to get my line upped is cause when i moved my service 4 weeks ago to the new area the new number and profile was placed on the new system,so my order is still pending and no yet completed :/ i have asked so many times to resolve this issue as it delaying my upgrade but nothing.
