I checked my line speed for Hermanus and got the response below.
I'm on a 4Mb service from Afrihost and before the upgrade nonsense got 3.5 Mb download speed regularly.

Can the experts please tell me what the real situation is.
Can I get 10 Mb or am I on 4 Mb nominally.
If I do speedtest now I get 3. something.
