What games should I play?

I had a really crsuty laptop back in the days (till 2011). It had a geforce go 7400 with 128Mb of DDR ram on it.

Now i got a decent laptop with a GT 525M, I would like to know what nice war / racing games I should play, I only played COD4 at 640 x 480 because I would lag playing at 800 x 600 on that crusty laptop. It had heat issues too.

What games should I play (see this as a "catch up period"), I would like to stay up to date with my gaming now
