What Happened to Puritech?

I placed an order for a 400GPD PureWater RO System from Puritech.co.za on 20th December 2024.

A guy called Joshua Pillay then emailed me to say they were out of that product and promised a full refund would be processed.

I'm still waiting for that refund.

Anybody have a contact with Puritech or "Joshua Pillay", as I can't get hold of them?
