Pretty sure Romany Creams and Provita used to be Pyotts now they seem to bakers. Why did this happen?

In 1983, Bakers LTD acquired 100% of the Premier Group’s biscuits interests, which included Pyotts. With the Pyotts name available, Pro-Vita eventually found its home in Pyotts in 2000. Along with this, the manufacturing plant was moved from Westmead, Durban to its current site, Isando, Johannesburg.

I guess they decided to change the name from Pyotts to Bakers since they own them both and Bakers is pretty well known now.
