What happened to Rectron (CPT)?

Since when did Rectron's service go out the window? I normally used to just email my order through and it was sorted. Now they apparently have nothing in stock and cannot tell me what is in stock either. How can you not know what you have in stock???

Its been a while since I even bothered checking prices with them and I know of quite a few other people that have dropped them as well, just because of service!

Register at Frontosa next door. Best service out of any supplier.

Nowadays they are only a backup supplier if Frontosa etc. doesn't have what we want. Don't like all the bulletproof glass and the attitude.

Methinks Rectron came under new management because I've experienced much of the same. Dropped them as a supplier last year.
