What has happened to DECAP?

Two Days ago I was capped and had to move over to decap, but alas I could not even open up a single web site (loads slower than capped ADSL) for the past two days. So this morning I try to access their website (www.decap.co.za) and : "This account has been suspended". So it seems I've just paid R200 (for the next month) for a service which does not exist and I'm not a happy chappy.

Could someone please shed some light on this?

So, http://www.decap.co.za doesn't work, yet http://www.decap.co.za/index.html does?

And why do websites keep timing out? I really need to use it (currently borrowing a friend's account), since I'm working from home today. I also could not open a single page last night(7pm-9pm). [!]

yes the web server is not set up to forward www.decap.co.za to www.decap.co.za/index.html
