What has happenned to ODS??

Hi there,

I belong to ODS internet and sent them an email and got a response from a person from The Service Centre. I went onto ODS website and it says:

Online Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd has been acquired by Datapro a Vox Telecom company

Does anyone know what has happenned to ODS??

Yes I know, but I was hoping someone from ODS, Datapro a Vox Telecom would explain to the customers what is going on. They are just as pathetic as ODS was, have sent them an email on Wednesday regarding questions I have and still awaiting feedback.

ODS didn't let anyone know anything. I don't know who to pay or any info regarding my account. Last time I received any contact regarding my account was in December and we are in February almost March.

I have emailed them so why should I phone them. I think they should get hold of me.

Like I said I emailed them (datapro) on Wednesday last week and nearly a week later still no reply so they can't be worried about payment etc...
