King of the Hippies
I came out of a relationship a while back, that, while illuminating, enjoyable and a little debauched, was ultimately doomed from the start.
Prior to that I'd gotten used to my own company for quite some time, and now I find myself dreaming about a suitable mate.
There's no purpose to this thread, aside from airing my musings.

I have, no doubt, left a lot out.
What do you guys look for in a partner?

- I'd love to be involved with someone as honest as I am. You'd think this wouldn't be so difficult...
- Rational, logical and interested in the universe.
- Not religious (yes, a contentious stance for some, I know). This also includes the gamut of esoteric bull**** that pervades our cultures.
- Attractive to me (a no-brainer, but I don't want to seem too virtuous by leaving it out).
- Not a heavy drinker (god, I sound like a puritan).
- Sexually aware, and interested in exploration and experimentation.
- Very rich (just kidding, although this would be a plus
). - Empathic.
- Tough.
- Wants to climb mountains with me.
- Doesn't want to spawn.
- Plays a musical instrument/can sing.
- Has dealt with depression before.
- Understands my sense of humour without me having to explain.
- Comes from a VIKING COUNTRY/Ireland.
