What is RAP?

I have tried to find the answer, googled, but it keeps giving me some WOW rap song, and it is irritating. I know AP is Attack Power, but RAP?

Hunters use RAP on there shots. It is calculated to be 1 Ranged attack power per point of agility. This is so AGI is not the be all and end all of hunter attributes. Items that give +AP also add to a hunters RAP.

AP = melee and ranged attack power.
