Everyone's version is different, you need to define your own version of success and aim for that.

My version of success would be to attain enough money to invest that I can retire early and maintain my current standard of living. This way I could travel the world full time and enjoy the smaller things in life that we usually take for granted because of the chaotic way we live our lives nowadays.

Yes but travelling the world without a MyBB hoodie is kinda like 2nd prize :p

How do you define happiness?

Again the answer will be different for everyone.

Yes, you said it precisely as it is. Happiness is different for everyone.

That's why a thread like this ... with a topic like this ... is useless.

Unless of course OP discovered happiness is the freedom to post stuff online about whatever, whenever he wants.

Given that success is happiness, and happiness is love, it follows that the answer to "What is success?" is "Oh Baby, don't hurt me, don't hurt me no more." :p

Time for cliches:

Success: You become the person your dogs think that you are.
Happiness: When, what you have to do, and what you want to do, are the same thing.
