What is the best 3G Netbook

Hi guys,

I'm looking to purchase a 3G netbook with the following specs:

Processor: Anything Dual Core
Screen Size: Anything below 12", resolution of 1280 x 720 (768)
Memory: At least 2Gb
Battery life: At least 6 hours with moderate use
Connectivity: Built in 3G, mandatory!

I have not managed to find anything other than the alienware m11x,
which at 15k is just out of my league.
Is there anything in SA that comes close to above specs?
