What is the difference between saix news server & is news server?

I want to buy 30gb local IS bandwidth from webafrica.What speed will I get and for how long
 
you will get full speed depending on your adsl speed, they do not shape or throttle. News servers are abit dodgy sometimes, and might get spikes on uncached stuff
 
for uncached content you will get your full line speed on SAIX and IS . I always found the uncached speeds a bit dissapointing with IS. If you buy SAIX local only bandwidth your uncached transfer rate is MUCH higher than with IS, and the cool thing with SAIX is that they use the premier giganews with decent retention. at the end of the day its all about how quickly you want your uncached content. have phun!
 
You will only get full speed on either if the items are cached locally. Otherwise, IS is dog slow but SAIX is much faster.
