What is the difference between TP-Link DECO M4 and E4

I meant the S4 not the E4

S4 and M4 seem to be both Gigabit

I think the models look slightly different the one is a US release if im not mistaken they all work together and even if they dont look the same you wouldnt know as you dont have two next to each other.

Looks like mostly form factor which is slightly different.

Not a terrible deal that. Gigabit port three pack for around R200 more than an E4 three pack.

well... special ends today. Its IC though so most likely a big delivery cost.

So its R2799(plus delivery) for 3 S4's OR R2389 for 2 M4's (free delivery).

So if they are the same then I'm paying R400+ for an extra unit that I may or may not need.

*sigh*

Whatever option you pick, the M4s or S4s are the way to go. Gigabit ports FTW.

Indeed.

The price for 3 units looks great, you need to decide if you need 3.

I use 2 x M4s in a 3 bedroom house and have excellent coverage everywhere in the house and garage, and outside at my patio and braai.
Can even provide guest wifi to the armed security in the street so they watch my house even though I do not have armed security...

I actually have a guard house at the end of my driveway. Have been considering doing this as well.

Then I would go for the 3 pack (depending on the size of your house).

If you do not need 3 you can always sell the one, especially seeing it only cost you R400.00
