I want to watch hulu or any other american channel online on my local cap. A local download of said anomymzer will be appreciated

We've already investigated this for our torrent download VPS users - and the only way you can watch Hulu from South Africa is via a VPN, those don't come cheap locally!
The following will not work, so don't even bother trying them:
* SSH Tunnels
* Open HTTP Proxies
* Web Based Proxies.
So what's left is VPN!

On local cap?
Not gonna happen.
On int cap, the free proxys are a waste of time too.
If you have int, go UKiVPN. www.ukivpn.com. It's cheap, about 5 pounds (+-R70) or so per month. I'm using it and it works great. I would recommend 4mb ADSL only though.
They have UK and US VPN accounts which you can use to watch the channels you mentioned, as well as UK channels such as BBC iPlayer

BBC iPlayer I believe can still be bypassed via an SSH Tunnel, I should have a look into that actually... I know Hulu uses very strict IP screening and what have you - but BBC is one step behind.
