What is the oldest component in your desktop PC?

PSU (Corsair HX650W) and case (Cooler Master Storm Scout Mk. I), both purchased in May 2011

Bought a PC back in 2011, think only the case and 1 x 500G HD are still original, rest has all been swapped out over time.

HDD for sure, think my 1TB is roughly 8 - 10 years old by now, if not older.

Lol, my VideoMate Vista E900F. Still works like a charm. Oh, and a SoundBlaster Audigy 2 which I use additionally.

hdd from 11 years ago. temp replacement for broken ssd
Its very frustrating to watch/listen to windows boot on it.

A 3Tb hard drive...probably about 3 years old. Rest of the machine is a year old except for the 1070 which is half that.

My PC is a Pre 2000 Pentium 4 with a celeron processor. Quite scary. Still in use today for the odd word doc printing.

That depends, to keep things fair I wont specify one of my retro desktops, my main desktop still uses a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 zs (from 2003) because to this day it beats the socks off of the internal soundcards, it also had a 700 watt raidmax from 2007, but that finnaly failed in march.

Rest of the PC is modorately up to date, 32gigs DDR3 ram and a LGA 1155 Xeon, Geforce 960.
