What is the openweb proxy for?

Is anyone know what 's the proxy server for? Why can they set the price so cheap? Is it allowed download boardcasting TV from oversea? that web page is based on the browsing under internet explorer..

I'm not sure that I understand correctly, do you want to watch internet broadcasts by means of streaming?

The proxy is only for browsing, I don't think you will be able to stream data over it.

Anyways, if you are talking about downloading internet broadcasts, I don't think you will be able to. The proxy is purely for browsing.
